The ETRS & SPCE-TC Joint Meeting 2023 will attribute three bursaries covering the 3-day registration fee.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A CONFERENCE TRAVEL BURSARY
• MSc/Ph.D. students and/or Early Career Researchers (< 5 years of obtaining their Ph.D.s);
• Be an ETRS or SPCE-TC member with membership fees up-to-date;
• Submit an abstract and apply for these bursaries until July 16, 2023;
• Register prior August 13, 2023 (early-bird deadline);
• Send an e-mail to etrs.spce2023@gmail.com including the registration number, abstract number, proof of society membership and proof of Ph.D. student or Early Career Researcher status.
Three members of the scientific committee will decide to whom the bursaries will be awarded.
